SHIPPING AND BILLING

Usually we ship FedEx Ground and charge actual shipping costs, rather than an estimated amount. In most cases our furniture exceeds the size limitations for FedEx Ground. Those items must be delivered, or shipped freight.

If you live within the mid-west, we are often able to deliver large pieces or sets of chairs ourselves with only a minimal fuel charge. We are old fashioned enough to enjoy seeing where our furniture "lives", so we prefer to make our own deliveries here in the mid-west. Ask about this when placing your order.

A deposit of 25% on chairs and 50% on furniture is required when placing an order. We will ask for the balance when your order is ready to be delivered, or bill your credit card if you prefer. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

We are happy to mail you, without charge or obligation, color samples of the Shaker seat tape. Just ask.

Delivery time depends on several variables. We are a two person shop, so speed is not what we have to offer. Instead, we offer high quality handcrafted furniture. We are usually able to ship or deliver your order in eight to ten weeks.
