There has been a great deal of research on wood vs. plastic cutting boards. We use non-toxic mineral oil on all our boards.

Our cutting boards & serving trays are made from Midwestern hardwoods including walnut, black cherry, birch, oak, ash, hickory, & hard maple. Unlike most cutting boards, we use several species of wood to enhance the color and beauty of each piece. Boards & serving trays are available in different sizes and suitable for any occasion. We also can custom fabricate boards for your your needs.
